The hotel was located within close distance to the city centre, making it easy to access popular attractions. the facilities in the room were decent, but unfortunately, the bathroom lacked proper amenities such as water supply. the service was also questionable, as the hotel failed to provide a basic necessity like water despite requesting it at the reception.
I found it disappointing that the hotel asked for a payment for insurance without providing any information on why it was necessary.

We enjoyed the hotel's location as it was very close to the city center, great to easily explore this city. the staff was friendly and cute, making our stay more comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and parking was readily available.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, which made it easy to explore the area and enjoy some of the local attractions. The room offered some great features, including comfortable bedding and complimentary toiletries. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.
The service at the hotel wasn't perfect. When we arrived, there was no water in the room, which was really frustrating, and when we asked at the reception for some, they didn't provide any.

My partner and I had an amazing time during our romantic escape. the location was spot on as we were in the heart of the city and able to enjoy all the attractions the area had to offer. Plus, the hotel had all the amenities we could possibly need, including a pool and a fitness center, which was great since we like to stay active.
the service, unfortunately, wasn't as good as we had hoped.
